Armar House, All-Inclusive Cancun

The venue is a luxurious and chic getaway. The exclusive amenities provide for a relaxing stay, especially the Spa & Wellness Center and outdoor swimming pool. The garden area adds to the ambiance of the hotel making it a great location for a romantic getaway. The complimentary buffet breakfast is an added benefit for a great morning start.

One minor issue with the service was that the restaurant staff was not very attentive during peak hours. However, the food was delicious and worth the wait.

Two restaurants were closed, so there wasn't much variety to choose from, although the food was good.

Facilities

When support is requested, one of the attendants at the counter for not hearing a code for a call tells you to wait the time until the person in charge arrives, this is not correct.

The buffet restaurant had a great variety of food and the staff were very friendly. The hotel also organized some fantastic events, such as concerts by Juan Magan and DJ Tiesto, which were free for guests. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being situated on the resorts strip.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. there were some issues with the service.

I liked very much the attention of the personnel a Young man called Yovani, attention of him in special was super good, he treated us very well, truth the other waiters neither attended us because as they saw that we were Mexican they did not treat us well only Yovani the if that was not for him and food the hotel would be a bad experience for Mexican tourists. At the arrival and exit of the hotel the service was very good.

The bartenders did not serve very well in the pool area, they only served foreigners, they have to treat everyone equally, not because they will leave you a tip

The view of the beach

At the time of check in it is very slow to the unmatched that the delivery of the room. If it were not for that everything would be excellent

The view of the ocean was incredible. The breakfast had a great range of delicious foods. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Animation and DJ during the day on weekends, beautiful swimming pools and large SPA complex.

For those who have experienced the Me by Melia will be very disappointed, the establishment has clearly gone downscale, not at all the same class and category!

Magnificent view from the room. Varied buffet. Restaurant also included but risk of waiting. Magnificent view from the room on the beach and ocean. comfortable bed. Easy access with the buses that pass permanently to go to the center and anywhere in cancun. For junior suite with outdoor jacuzzi

The food was amazing with a wide variety of options for everyone's taste. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location of the hotel was great, situated on the resort strip with easy access to other nearby places of interest.

The rooms were quite basic and more like a 3-star hotel. Only 2 functional elevators in a huge hotel meant long waits, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time.

Absolutely beautiful beach. I advise to take a room with sea view it is much more expensive but you will not regret it. Besides you should not expect the conventional 5 stars but more a 5 stars like in Las Vegas that is to say a huge queue for the check in, an industrial side as there are so many people and hotel has a large capacity. In All Inclusive mode you can't expect luxury food or cocktails but it's useless to slow down because to see quality you have to pay extra.

Lack of celebration during our passage. A lot of people and you have to adapt by getting up early to book your deckchair. The prices of the rooms were quite excessive although the hotel was far from being full.

best thing about the hotel is the view and its incredible rooms. incredible beach and decent food.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Armar House. The location was ideal, with a stunning beach just steps away. The pool area was pristine and had a great atmosphere. The wifi connection was excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all of my needs were met. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Armar House to others.

Breakfast is very good, though it's repeated. Service 24/h - agrees only the phone does not work too often :D . hotel service is very nice. Food trucks - delicious. :). The swimming pool and whole outdoor area (sun beds! swimming pools! beachside beds) are impressive and this actually adds charm to this hotel.

The hotel deserves 4 stars Max ! The elevator has been waiting for ages. We have been waiting 45 minutes in line for the check-in. . A room? - deserves 2 stars, rusty elements by the soapboxes, half-breaked "vase"? In the toilet, burnt dryer. Old rooms... very old... The beds are still occupied, I think there are not enough of them. I chose Melody because I thought it was the most fun hotel in the area, but apart from the DJ, nothing else happens there until 6pm. Although I think the stay is very successful the hotel should have a maximum of 4 stars.

The superb beach of Cancun. Upgraded room . Location in front of La Isla (really top) . Good for one night, but no more for me .

The room lighting was perfect and made the ambiance feel so cozy. I appreciated the discount on spa treatments with my all-inclusive offer. The beach yoga classes were a highlight of my stay. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Many, too many, teenagers stayed the days I was there... Everything else excellent!!!

The long wait at Check in, 1 hour to get our room after 13h of flights... The smell of air conditioning and humidity in the room. The soundproofing of the rooms is catastrophic, you can hear everything that happens in the corridors, you have to foresee earplugs...

We had an enjoyable stay with great service at the hotel, especially in the Botanica restaurant and bars on the beach. The location was ideal and close to everything, including the mall. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with excellent views.

There were limited options for all-inclusive guests, and some staff were not polite or attentive.

All was perfect.

I had a wonderful time at Armar House! My stay was for 5 days and it was a perfect getaway. The pools were absolutely amazing and the ocean view from my room was beautiful. The beds in the rooms were like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and the hotel had a great selection of food. The pool and beachside areas were very nice, and the music added a nice touch. it was a great value for the money!

Disrespectful people arguing in the halls around 5:00 a.m. almost every night... then it was spring break, but hey.

The restaurant had delicious food options every night. The suite was cleaned daily and had fresh towels. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel had a great location, near a shopping center, pharmacy, and exchange counter. The beach was beautiful.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast spread was decent and varied. Loved the pool area. Lighting in rooms added to the ambiance.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right on the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and relax in the sun. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to all the activities and attractions we wanted to explore outside of the resort.

One area of improvement for this hotel is the gym. While there are plenty of options for cardio workouts, the weight side could be better equipped.
